Go to the Haunted Reliquary and enter the Vault of Venarius
Find Kirac and talk to him
Go to act 7 and talk to Helena to create a Hideout
Meet Kirac in your Hideout to rebuild the Map Device

Time to use Toxic Rain normally and remove Mine setup
Add Wither setup to use against bosses
Do not forget to check second Passive Tree link to remove mine nodes
