We will be using Creeping Frost from level 12 until act10
In SSF we get the Ice Nova of Frostbolts gem by running the labyrinth in act 10
using
'Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured Gem of the same colour' divine font option which is guaranteed
Also you have a small chance of getting
'Transform a non-Transfigured Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version' option which gives you a 50/50 chance of getting a desired Int gem (so buy an Ice Nova gem for this)
If you play Trade league - you can buy the Ice Nova of Frostbolts gem
Obtaining the gem should possibly happen before act8 or later on as you get some currency and should cost around 1 chaos orb in the early hours of the league
The provided passive tree should work for both Creeping Frost and Ice Nova of Frostbolts setups
