We use Rolling Magma and Storm Burst totem for leveling
In SSF we get the Ball Lightning of Static gem by running the labyrinth in act 10
We have 76 Int Transfigured gems so far so the chance of getting a desired Int transfigured gem is about 4% every time you use 'Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured Gem of the same colour' option in divine font which is guaranteed
Also you have a small chance of getting 'Transform a non-Transfigured Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version' option which gives you a 50/50 chance of getting a desired Int gem (so buy a Ball Lightning gem for this)
If you play Trade league - you can buy the Ball Lightning of Static gem
Obtaining the gem should happen in act3 or later on as you get some currency and should cost around 1 chaos orb in the early hours of the league
The provided passive tree should work for both Rolling Magma and Ball Lightning of Static setups
