Wand should have an empty suffix to craft 'physical damage over time multiplier'. Make sure you have enough int before buying

Rings

One ring must have 'Curse Enemies with Vulnerability on Hit'
You can buy base and spamm caster reforge in Harvest until you have the curse on hit + bench craft Life
Buy second ring with arcane surge on hit and spamm life reforge in Harvest + craft resistance

Gloves

If it's way too expensive - remove 'damage over time' prefix from the filter

*This setup would allow you to do T16/A9 Sirus

Skill explanation :
Corrupting fever is used every time you enter a map
Vaal Haste - only use vaal active skill vs bosses/hard encounters
War Banner is placed vs bosses

Amulet

Amulet with +2 levels to Exsanguinate

Anointment : No witnesses

Shield should have an empty suffix to craft 'chance to block attack'
